Welcome…
I’m glad you are here.
About
I work with adults, couples and teens. In my role as a therapist, I seek to learn about your life, values and beliefs. My work is guided by the principle that people are inherently resourceful.
I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and trained with Southern California Counseling Center and Evanston Family Therapy Center.
In addition to a narrative approach to this work, I also use EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to assist in healing from traumatic events.
Approach
My hope is to empower you to enlist changes that make the most sense for you.
I am interested in hearing about your experiences, exploring what brought you to this point and what is standing in the way of realizing your ideal life.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together, we will work from a place of integrity, curiosity, and respect, regardless of the challenges you currently face.
